Outriggers are controlled by hydraulic cylinders 8, 9 and 10 provided with independent power supply from power unit 2. Earth-moving equipment with power unit 2 is secured on base 11 hinge-coupled with removable platform 6 through links 12 controlled by hydraulic drive 13.
