FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has a base, a balancer shaft with two cantilevers to fix the shaft on the base, a swinging device with two full-scale chocks with bushes, pullings, loading mechanism with power hydraulic cylinder, one side of which through the shaft fixing cantilevers is hinged to the base, a driving swinging device. The swinging device is made as two parallelogram-type mechanisms, each of which is made of two levers with a full-scale chock and a bearing joint rigidly fixed in the middle part of each lever correspondingly. The full-scale chocks and the bearing joints ends have hinge connections and are connected to each other by pullings through hinge connections and power hydraulic cylinder other side is hinged with the shaft of the bearing joints through two cantilevers, that are mounted so as to be capable to move vertically along guiding posts of the base. EFFECT: stand is used to test transport means balance devices for durability. 5 dwg
