FIELD: pumps.

SUBSTANCE: long-stroke pumping unit is designed to drive the downhole sucker rod pump . Pumping unit comprises single-arm balancer, the balancer head is secured to the rotary arm supporting base, one of the axes which is installed in the bearing support at the end of the balancer. Cantilever ends of the other axle are connected via two leads hinged at the ends with cantilevered ends of fixed axis adjusted at the Samson post. Contains rod, crank with two counterweights and a drive consisting of an electric motor, V-belt and gear, on the driven shaft cranks are mounted. Oscillating motion up from its lowest horizontal position and down imparted by cranks and connecting rods to the rocker is supplemented by rotating the head in the same direction. Progress is summed from the cable by lifting (lowering) the axis of rotation of the lever and head rocker and winding (coiling) suspension ropes on the head. Persistence of departure of rope suspension with respect to the axis of the rocker swing with variable radius of the head.
