Grips with spring-loaded nonworking ends are attached on axles to housing. Lid embrace nonworking ends of grips. Panel with holes is anchored on housing. Housing has block with spring-loaded lockpins and needles located in planes on opposite sides perpendicular to planes of grips and electrically connected to holes of panel. Strip for positioning of needles of block is attached to lower butt surface of base. EFFECT: expanded functional and operational capabilities. 2 dwg
