FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to multifunctional automotive alternator voltage controller, which is intended for automatic control of voltage at the outlet of generator installations and may be used for control of alternator load degree and disconnection of some loads in case of alternator overload. Multifunctional automotive alternator voltage controller contains casing, microchip of voltage controller, capacitor, block with terminals, plus terminal, minus and phase terminals, at that capacitor, printed circuit board and microchip are installed inside casing, filled with compound into flat monolith, minus terminal of controller is fixed to protruding minus terminal of microchip and is arranged in the form of extended plate, plane of which is perpendicular to plane of monolith, and bent ends of plate are parallel to monolith plane and are provided with fastening holes.
EFFECT: creation of multifunctional unified voltage controller of automotive alternator, increase of controller reliability, optimisation of layout, reduction of voltage controller volume, with increase of reliability in process of operation.
