FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises framework 1, head 2 for joint extrusion of both components, connected with the means for delivery of material under pressure and forming a core, and a material forming a shell. The head has a mechanism of its vertical reciprocating motion and a forming-and-cutting mechanism arranged coaxially under the head and formed by several horizontal plates with cutting edges. Said edges are capable of converging and diverging. In diverged position they form a hole for the passage of the product while in converged position they cut off the formed product. The head reciprocating mechanism comprises at least one vertical drive shaft 5 connected with head 2 and installed in framework 1 which has guide 6 with a means for reciprocation of rotating shaft. The upper end of shaft is connected with forming-and-cutting mechanism by a cam mechanism. EFFECT: improved functional and operating characteristics. 17 dwg
