FIELD: food engineering, in particular, meat product injection equipment and injected meat product obtained with the use of novel spindle. SUBSTANCE: spindle has inner injection channel and at least one outer injection channel arranged entirely or partly around inner channel. At least one outer channel comprises first narrow part of relatively small section area, said part being defined by wall arranged crosswise of flow path for farce or fatty emulsion and equipped with at least one opening formed for creating first narrow part for flow and second widened part with relatively larger section area, said second part being arranged downward of first part in flow direction. Injection apparatus has injection unit and spindle positioned at its outlet end. Injection unit has plurality of tubes inserted into one another for defining inner channel and at least one outer channel. Injection unit is joined to spindle to provide for communication between each channel with respective channel of spindle. Meat product comprises injected inner core of meat substrate and at least one jointly injected outer layers entirely or partly arranged around core. At least one of outer layers is composed of farce or fatty emulsion. Fibers are uniformly distributed inside farce or fatty emulsion layer to provide for disturbed orientation and, accordingly, improving cohesive capacity of said layer.
