FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lining consists of longitudinal lifters (1) and plates (2) adjoining them. Inserts in the form of rectangular steel plates can be fixed in the lining elastomer web. The plates rest against shock absorbing pads from resilient elastomer of parallelepiped form. The plate together with the pad is fixed in a two-row recess of the lifter web. According to the second lining version, every insert is of T-shape in its cross section and is fixed in a two-row recess of the lifter web. The accepted relations of the dimensions of the pad and the lifter web and their modules of elasticity preserve the shock absorbing ability of the pad.
EFFECT: improved wear resistance and longer service life of lining.
