FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has successively arranged sealed chambers of acid, alkali and methane fermentation with solid-phase fermenter located on plant roofing, and liquid-phase fermenter in form of alternating blowing and reaction hollows arranged concentrically to said chambers. Through above hollows, mud water passes from top to bottom, and air passes from bottom upward. Methane fermentation chamber is operated in same manner. Alkali fermentation chamber is made with false bottom and collector of mud water. EFFECT: higher disintegration of ashless organic matter and increased methane content of biogas (its higher calorific value) due to use of separate acid, alkali and methane fermentation. 1 dwg
