FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing biogas and protein-vitamin additive from animal and fowl vital-activity products using anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms at agricultural waste-treatment stations. Methane tank comprises acid, acid regression, alkali, and methane fermentation chambers successively communicating through fermentable wort and biogas pathways. Wort and biogas move in direction of methane fermentation chamber in countercurrent relation. Acid, acid regression (3) and alkali (4) fermentation chambers are equipped with strips 17 disposed on their bottoms and reciprocating from displacement of cable 21 by aid, e.g. of eccentric 22 and elastic member 23. Strips 17 are provided with flexible vertical threads 10 moving in chambers 2,3,4 together with strips 17 providing agitation and immobilization of microorganisms causing destruction of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates of ash-free organic substance of substrate thereby increasing completeness of destruction to 90-95%. Chambers 2,3,4 are covered with roof 6 and casing roof 5 forming chamber 26 for biogas. EFFECT: reduced loss of heat and stabilized organic substance breakdown. 12 dwg
