FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: to prevent blinding effect resulting from direct sunrays reflected from sunray receiver by dissipating the rays and maintaining preferred level of illumination, the sunray protection device has rotatable shield, and rotation mechanism with drive connected to ray tracing monitor. The screen has curvilinear surface whose central part has a reflection coefficient in the visible sunray spectrum of 20.0-84.0% and a coefficient of reflection in the visible part of spectrum at the periphery of the sunray receiver at least 71.3%, but not less than the reflection coefficient. The arrangement has mechanism for controlling the curvature radius and illumination level pickup located at the illuminated portion. First output of the pickup is electrically connected to pickup, whereas second output is connected to mechanism for controlling the curvature radius linked with rear side of sunray receiver mounted on support. Central part of the sunray receiver may be fashioned as primary photoelectric sun energy transducer. EFFECT: reduced blinding effect, capacity to maintain desired level of illumination. 2 cl, 3 dwg
