FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiosurgery. Heart valve prosthesis contains case with flange and locking unit in form of three, installed in through hole of body, cusps. Each of cusps has central rib, directed from the centre of through section of valve to body. On the sides of rib located are convex-concave wings. Cusps are fixed in case by means of fixation unit. In closed position cusp geometry reproduces geometry of corresponding part of natural aortal valve.
EFFECT: preservation of physiological structure of blood flow, both in open and in closed state of valve due to construction and shape of cusps.
