Hollow rod for the passage of working fluid is connected with a drive member and accommodated in casing 1 with a provision for interacting with cut-off member. Bellows 5 connects the drive member with casing 1. Permanent magnet is constituted by magnetic fluid 3 contained in hole 2 and kept in fixed position by magnets 4. The rod wall is perforated.
