FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device uses a microwave cavity resonator, in whose space a microwave amplifier with a diode is installed at a distance from the end equal to 1/4 of the wavelength. Connected to the anode circuit of the amplifier diode are a low-pass filter and frequency meter. The filter is made in compliance with the formula given in the description.
