FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has microwave resonator 1, microwave oscillator 2, lower frequency filter 3 and frequency meter 4. Microwave resonator is made in form of delay line at section of waveguide, which is short-circuited at non-submerged end. Microwave oscillator is made in form of a diode which has cathode to be connected with the wall of the resonator.
