FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: microswitch comprises contact terminals 2, 3 installed in casing 1, control rod 4, fixed 5 and movable 6 support members for plate spring 7 and switching bridge 8. Said bridge 8 has contact 9, support 10 for plate spring 7, and opening 11 accommodating the fixed and movable support members. Movable member 6 can slide over fixed support member 5 while contact 9 on bridge 8 is disposed between opening 11 and support 10. In a particular case the support 10 is constituted by a bend on the end of bridge 8 which reduces the overall dimensions of the microswitch while retaining its switching characteristics.
