FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: pair of lower rollers 4 is mounted under pair of upper rollers 3. All the rollers are mounted under a hopper in a spaced relation between them. Upper rollers 3 are provided with drive 8, and lower rollers 4 have drive 9. Sensors detect the angle of turn of each lower roller from a point in which the external part of dough is in contact with the roller surface to a preset point. Controller 11 regulates the speed of rotation of the upper rollers in response to signals from the sensors. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 3 dwg
