SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper for receiving food dough, first cutting device for dividing food dough into pieces of dough, conveyor for transportation of pieces of dough, conveyor for feeding dough sheet, dosing conveyor for weighing portion of dough sheet, and second cutting device, which cuts off portion of dough sheet when first dosing conveyor measures dough sheet portion of predetermined value. First cutting device and charger are positioned so that when piece of dough is cut off by first cutting device, lower end of piece of dough falls into inlet opening of dough charger. Conveyor belt is passing around upper roll of dough charger. Any of mentioned hopper, first cutting device, feeding conveyor and dosing conveyor may be combined with this apparatus or separated therefrom.
