FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic device is employed in the following manner. Patient is positioned before source of light, foreheadrest 1 completed by fixing member 2 made in the form of flexible tape is fitted on patient's head, supraocular members 6 are set to such a position by moving carriage 4 and rod 7 by handle 8 in which their shadow cats on patient's eye solely within limits of iris of eye. Following steps are recording perivascular changes in microcirculatory bed and presence or absence of hemorrhages, studying shape of vessels, uniformity of size, presence of aneurysms and tortuosity, investigating into reticular structure of capillaries, noting desolation regions, presence of vascular glomeruli, etc.. Disclosed method permits photographing and filming of obtained results. EFFECT: greater efficiency and shorter time required for studying eye disorders with preventing of eye irritation. 3 dwg
