Descending profile audiometric curves with tooth at the beginning in 4 kHz position being available, and conjunctival index being greater than 8 points in persons younger than 40 years and greater than 12 points in persons older than 40 years and in detecting retinal angiopathy, early signs of professional bradyacusia are to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis.
