Headrest 1 carries horizontal guide 3 that mounts two movable carriages 4 provided with flat-spring retainer 5 and supraocular member made in the form of light-impermeable globe 6 having diameter of 1.5 cm maximum and secured to end of rod 7 positioned in vertical opening of carriage 4 upstream of guide 3 and made axially movable downstream of handle 8 disposed at other end of rod 7 which has retainer 9 shaped as flat spring.
