SUBSTANCE: apparatus has additional disk mounted on flexible support of upper disk for displacing outer wall relative to inner wall, with height of inner wall exceeding that of outer wall. Lower cuts of inner and outer wall are provided with rings. Width of channel between inner and outer walls is decreasing from inlet portion to ring of outer wall. Distance members are located in the channel between inner and outer walls. Section of supporting rings and space between them are increasing from outer wall ring to inner wall upper disk.
