FIELD: production of tubular parts. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two half-dies with horizontal jointing plane and container with flexible cushion. Two half-dies are mounted on plate. Resilient insert is disposed within half-dies and two stepped plungers are disposed at sides of half-dies. Each plunger has large step with inclined surface disposed at an acute angle to container axis and small step, which is in contact with resilient insert. Ration of areas of die and plunger is determined in accordance with design dependences. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for manufacturing parts from high-strength material with increased wall thickness. 1 dwg
