FIELD: sheet material forming. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a housing in the form of a power frame with struts, an upper and a lower traverse bars and an opening for placing, a movable member. A container, filled by an elastic medium, is arranged on the upper traverse bar. A rigid changeable fitting, engaging with the movable member, is mounted on the lower traverse bar. The struts, having cooling members, are provided by a heat insulation coating. A die supporting plate of the apparatus, joined with the movable member, has a fixing spacer. An opening is made along an axis of the housing in its lower traverse bar. A preliminary pressure in a working cavity of the container is being created by introduction of the die supporting plate into the elastic medium, the plate is connected with a power movable member of the press. Then the die supporting plate is being fixed in its limit upper position. A final high pressure of the elastic medium is being created by an effort, provided in the apparatus at cooling the struts of the housing and being transmitted to the elastic medium of the container at a side, opposite to an actions of the plate.
