SUBSTANCE: product: 2-substituted derivatives of 4-(3-tert. -butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-thiazole of the general formula (I), where R₁-C₁-C₅-alkyl, R₂-H, C₁-C₃-alkyl; A - (CH₂)_nCR₃R₄; -CH=CR₃-(CH₂)_m or -CH=N-O-(CH₂); R₃ and R₄ - H, C₁-C₂-alkyl, n = 1-4; m = 0-3; Z - tetrazole or a residue of formula: -C(=O)-X, where X - hydroxyl or a residue of formula: R₅O or R₆R₇-N, where R₅ - alkyl-C₁-C₄ which is substituted with hydroxyl, C₁-C₃-alkoxyl, C₁-C₃-alkylamino-group or unsubstituted; R₆ and R₇ - hydrogen, C₁-C₆-alkyl. Reagent 1: thiazolealdehyde. Reagent 2: dialkyl ester of phosphonic acid of formula: (R₉O)₂P(=O)-CHR₃-(CH₂)_m-Z. Reaction condition: strong base. Synthesized compounds are used in medicine.
