Very effective catalyst system for olefin polymerization consists of cocatalyst, preferably, aluminium oxamine and metallocene of the formula (I): where M1 means preferably Zr or Hf; R1 and R2 - halogen or alkyl; R3 - alkyl; R4-R10 - alkyl or hydrogen and R11 - (substituted) alkylene or heteroatomic bridge.
