FIELD: polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: liquid composition containing polyhydroxyethylenepolyhydroxypropyleneglycerol with 12-20 wt.-% terminal ethyleneoxide groups and hydroxyl number 28-36 KOH/g, alkylamine, water, nitrogen-containing catalyst, organosilicon froth-regulating agent containing 14-18 wt.-% isocyanate groups, prepolymer on the basis of toluylenediisocyanate and polyhydroxyethylenepolyhydroxypropyleneglycerol with 12-20 wt.-% terminal ethyleneoxide groups and hydroxyl number 28-36 mg KOH/g has additionally hydroxypropylated ethylenediamine with hydroxyl number 700-800 mg KOH/g, tall oil with acid number 130-180 mg KOH/g and polyhydroxypropylenepolyhydroxyethyleneglycerol with 10-14 wt.- % statically disposed ethyleneoxide groups and hydroxyl number 42-50 mg KOH/g.
