SUBSTANCE: molding blend composition comprising an oligoether with molecular weight of 4500- 6000, which contains from 60 to 100 % by weight of hydroxyl groups; 50-65 % solution of product of reacting the blend of polyisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate with polyoxyalkylene glycerol and polyoxyalkylene glycol in toluene diisocyanate having 30-34 % by weight of isocyanate groups; nitrogen-containing oligoether with molecular weight of 290-600; water; oxygen-containing tertiary amine; organosilicon foam-control agent; 1,4- diazabicyclo-(2,2,2)octane and tertiary amine further includes 1.0-3.0 parts by weight of an oligoether with molecular weight of 3000-3600, and comprising 0-50 % by weight of hydroxyl groups based on total content and 0.1- 0.3 parts by weight of tallow oil with an acid number of 96-180 mg KOH/g ( per 100 parts by weight of oligoether).
