SUBSTANCE: this method of extracting vegetable stock includes such steps as charging and treating stock with extractant, discharging micelle, evaporation of extractant from micelle, and condensing extractant vapors at least partially in extraction reservoir by bubbling it through admixture of stock and liquid extractant to speed up process of extraction and build up yield of extractive matter. Gaseous phase evaporator integrated in extraction apparatus communicates with condenser and via bubbler nozzle with extraction apparatus lower portion. EFFECT: higher yield. 4 cl, 4 dwg
