FIELD: alcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: method of oak wood extraction involves thermic treatment of oak wood and extraction with aqueous-spirituous liquid at continuous flow with separate water and alcohol distillation and water condensation out of extractor and that of alcohol into extractor at bubbling into reaction mixture. Unit contains camera for thermic treatment and aqueous-spirituous extractor, evaporator and condenser joined to the closed contour. In closed contour additional evaporator is installed between main evaporator and condenser. Bubbler is placed in the bottom part of extractor and joined with outlet of main evaporator gaseous phase.
