FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: installation has a chamber in the form of a flexible tank consisting of two unequal compartments communicating through a built-in porous gasket provided with an external clamp. The tank is fixed to a rigid tray consisting of two hinge-coupled parts. The parts of the tray are connected to the chamber displacement mechanism via a system of pulleys by means of endless rope.
