FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Proposed is a bioreactor for cultivation of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MMSC). Bioreactor comprises two bioreactor containers, connected to each other and to a chamber for preparing a mixture of feed gases, fittings and pipelines, bacterial filters, valves and a control device. Each container is made of tubes of borosilicate glass vertically placed one in the other. Containers are a mixing chamber comprising an aerator and a growth chamber with a dialysis membrane and previously placed MMSC matrices.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of cultivation of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells.
