FIELD: excavating machine. SUBSTANCE: milling working member includes hub with hinged cutters and cutter deflecting mechanism. The latter is made in form of guide with stop at its end and installed on hub end coaxially with guide, and slider located on guide for axial motion. Flexible compression member is arranged between hub and slider. Slider is connected with cutters by means of tie-rods. EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency due to simultaneous synchronous deviation of cutters when milling working member encounters hard inclusion. 1 dwg
