FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supports provided with fixation members, hinge unit connected with the fixation members and damper made in form of bend and unbend arcs provided with locks, and pairs of adjusted telescopic spring-loaded connections. Locks are made in form of bases mounted onto the arcs. One case is attached to unbend arc. Threaded shank is provided with rest and mounted in any base by means of a nut, as well as lever which is mounted on hinges. Rests of one lock are in contact with lever of the other one. Hinge unit has hinge posts, pair of telescopic connections and a pair of plates connected by hinges. The posts are fastened to one plate and cases of telescopic connections are attached to the other one. One rod of connection is connected with unbend arc, and the other one is connected with case of lock of unbend arc by means of hinge. Free ends of hinge posts are mounted in the supports.
