FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has a body in the form of two hollow lids with ring steps at its ends to locate ends of an item. The lids are installed to form cavity to locate the item and powder inside it. Lower lid is provided with gas distributing grid. Roll-like electrodes to be revolved around item inner surface are driven to turn by an aid in the form of stationary nut and screw. Roll-like electrodes are installed at the screw and are of adjustable force to be held down against the item when screw moving and turning. Cavity in the upper lid has conical expansion.
