FIELD: biological purification of waste water. SUBSTANCE: oxidizing canal is elongated reservoir separated by longitudinal partition into communicating canals. Aerator is mounted on pontoon and has hollow shaft with turbine fastened on its lower end. Turbine has blades in the form of propeller and holes between blades. Upright 13 has suction and water withdrawal branch pipes and tail narrowing nozzles positioned at water withdrawal branch pipe. Design of aerator and its guiding apparatus made in the form of shaped upright with branch pipes and nozzles provides optimization of hydrodynamics of flows and considerable increase of oxidizing efficiency of the installation. EFFECT: enhanced oxidizing capability. 2 dwg
