FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a body consisting of two conical shells fixed to each other by large bases, branch pipes feeding the raw material and removing the fat mass, a stack of conical plates arranged inside the body, and a heat carrier supplying branch pipes. Installed inside the body coaxially with the latter is a fat separator made as a perforated cone and the accumulator of cleared off fat with the outlet branch pipe fixed to the cone along the large base. The perforated holes of the cone are made as rows of staggered slits. The slits are 4000 x 5 microns in size. They pass the fat particles and retain the particles of fat extraction residue having considerably larger size. Those particles roll off along the code surface and gather in the lower part of the body. EFFECT: more efficient fat melting process. 2 cl, 1 dwg
