FIELD: meet industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing meet with special emphasis on equipment for disintegrating bones and rendering oil. Apparatus consists of stationary cylindrical casing enclosing coaxially arranged cylindrical drum in spatial relation to it having pockets with knife members (cutters). Inside the drum, disk with blades rotating in horizontal plane in opposite direction to drum rotation is disposed. Rotating knife members interact with countercurrent bone flow. Advantage of apparatus reside in possibility to increase bone disintegration degree, increase uniformity of disintegrated mass regarding its dispersity, prevent cleavage of knives, decrease pollution of bone flour with metal particles, and prolong service life of cutting part of apparatus because of reduced impact load on cutting edge. To prevent stock being loading from beating off with rotating blades, loading mouth is provided with single-wound conical helix. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and facilitated operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
