SUBSTANCE: steel has, wt.-%: carbon 0.35-0.45; manganese 1-2; silicon 0.17-0.37; chrome 0.9-1.5; nickel 0.5-1.0; molybdenum 0.15-0.25; calcium 0.01-0.05; magnesium 0.01-0.05; rare-earth metals 0.005-0.01; titanium 0.1-0.2; vanadium 0.05-0.2; silicon nitride 0.05-0.1; phosphorus 0.1-0.2, and iron - the rest. Steel shows enhanced casting properties and strength and can be used for making of articles with complex profile usable for exploitation under conditions of increased mechanical loadings.
