Steel contains, mass.%: carbon 0.2-0.4; silicon 0.2-0.4; manganese 0.2-0.4; chromium 1.0-1.5; nickel 1.0-1.5; molybdenum 2.0-3.0; magnesium 0.003-0.005; boron 0.03-0.05; phosphorus 0.01-0.02; copper 0.4-0.8; titanium 0.1-0.2; zirconium 0.4-0.8; vanadium nitrides 0.1-0.2; iron constitutes the remaining percentage.
EFFECT: upgraded hardness of steel.
