Steel contains, mass.%: carbon 0.2-0.4; silicon 0.2-0.4; manganese 0.2-0.4, chromium 1.0-1.5; nickel 1.0-1.5; molybdenum 0.2-0.4; magnesium 0.002-0.004; boron 0.2-0.4; phosphorous 0.02-0.04; copper 0.2-0.4; titanium 0.2-0.4; niobium 0.2-0.4; zirconium 0.2-0.4; calcium 0.01-0.02; nitrogen 0.1-0.2; iron constitutes the remaining percentage.
EFFECT: upgraded characteristics of castability and processibility of steel.
