FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of superconductive conductor involves application of barrier coat of black chromium or black nickle and thermal treatment in the air at 100-450 C. In addition oxygen-containing compounds of elements of II-IV groups of periodic chart or their mixtures are also applied on surface of conductor and are treated thermally at 200-500 C. EFFECT: superconductors manufactured in compliance with process do not weld in vacuum under thermal diffusion annealing, have surface contact resistance by 1 to Orders of magnitude higher than known ones and have sometimes high-resistance and insulation coats on their surfaces. 2 cl, 1 tbl
