FIELD: environment control. SUBSTANCE: device has external helicopter suspension, swivel current collector, truss connected by hinges with electric locks, damper provided with side barriers, which is suspended to electric lock by means of cargo slings and having a tie and vertical movement restrictor. Supports of the restrictor have one ends connected with edges of axis of damper for rotation about the damper. The other ends of the restrictor are connected with unit of the restrictor. One end of side barriers is fastened to axis of damper. One anchor is connected with lower support by means of anchor-rope for eye of vertical movement restrictor and is suspended by means of unit, which passes through cavity of axis of the damper to lock, which carries the damper. Tie embraces side barriers and is fixed by lock. Locator of the lock is connected with anchor-rope of the second anchor fastened to electric lock.
