FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an external suspension of the helicopter, a swivel-collector, a pivotally connected farm, electric locks, hollow cylindrical tanks 10 and a boom 8 suspended from the electric lock by the lines, anchors and anchor-ropes. After the delivery of vertically articulated hollow cylindrical containers folded into separate compartments in a compact package, 10 quick-detachable rims between each other but limited in vertical displacement relative to each other, a lock is opened to the oil spill, a package of cylindrical tanks and a boom 8 are discharged into the water. A package of vertical sections of hollow cylindrical containers 10 takes an upright position. The vertical sections of the hollow cylindrical vessels 10 are movable vertically and coaxially with each other, locked in their extreme positions with the rims 12 and immersed over the borehole 14 with the anchor rope into the ground. When the boom is opened, the second lock is opened and the second anchor is immersed in the ground. In this case, the boom is connected with vertical articulated sections of hollow cylindrical tanks 10, tension cables 21. Each section of the cylindrical container has hollow annular rims connected to each other by vertical rods forming a circular grid 13. The outer side of the grate 13 comprises a skirt 15 in the form of a web of a plastic wettable material fixed to the side walls of the rims. The lower section with the lower rim 11 is water-filled and connected via a flexible hose to the pump and is an additional counterweight when the section is immersed on the ground. The upper sections with the lower and upper rims 12 have holes in the side walls into which the nozzles are screwed at an acute angle to the direction of the water surface inside the articulated vertical sections of the hollow cylindrical containers. The rims 12 are connected by means of a flexible hose to the compressor.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device and reducing the cost of its operation through the use of a water-air curtain formed by intense compressed air coming from the compressor into the upper sections of hollow rims with nozzles at an acute angle upwards, and the vertical stability of the device.
