FIELD: power plants. SUBSTANCE: power plant has reservoir 1 filled with liquid, hollow unbalanced working members 2 of segment-shape form, working member of energy converter 3 which employs buoyancy force of working members 2 with bearing rollers 4; this working member consists of two vertically mounted swivel frames 5 and 6; frame 5 is mounted on fixed support 7 perpendicularly to axis of rotation; ends of frame 5 hold screw guides 8 and 9. Frame 6 is mounted with longitudinal axis of rotation inside frame 5; arranged between screw guides 8 and 9 are working members 2 with bearing rollers 41. Frame 6 is provided with connecting units 10 for shaft 11 of the drive which is made for reciprocating motion. Mechanism 12 for upsetting a balance of working member consists of lever pusher 13. Locking mechanism 14 consists of lever limiter 15. Mechanisms 12 and 14 are mounted symmetrically relative to the axis of shaft 11 of the drive on the thrust bracket. Mechanisms 12 and 14 are kinematically linked with drive; levers 13 and 15 are made for motion over trajectory 17 and energy converter 3 is mounted rotatably on shaft 18 installed on fixed supports 7.
