FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: buoyancy force in fluid caused by temperature differences at different levers, in particular dependance of temperature on depth in ocean, is employed. The rotor is fully submerged into fluid. Heat bimetallic drives, which have bimetallic members coupled with floats, are arranged uniformly over periphery of the rotor. The device has rotor submerged into fluid. Chambers, wherein drives with members are received, are arranged uniformly over periphery of the rotor rim. The members are coupled with floats. The opposite walls of the chambers are valves which are constructed as blinds. Levers are secured to the blind axles which are constructed as journals. The levers rotate the blinds when they interact with control units made up as guides. In rotation, the ends of the levers with rollers interact with the guides. In addition, the rotor can be set in supports on the reservoir bottom or on fixed pontoons by the use of carrying members. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 6 dwg
