FIELD: water preheaters of flying vehicles interacting with damping supply reservoir and drain metering apparatus under conditions of abscence of gravitation. SUBSTANCE: distributor has cylindrical shell arranged in housing, spring and support. Made axially in upper portion of cylindrical shell is center hole. Holes made coaxially in housing and in shell are used for supply and discharge of medium forming through cylindrical passage. Shell is mounted movably and is provided with shut-off member which is made in form of segment valve mounted in through passage on side of one of holes. Additional holes are made coaxially in housing is connected with damping reservoir. Additional holes made in shell are located diametrically relative to each other. Provided on outer side of shell are slots at each hole symmetrically relative to their axis and perpendicularly to the generatrix of the shell. Support mounted in one of slots is connected with valve by means of spring. Other slot is stepped in shape forming guaranteed clearance relative to the valve. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
