FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has dipole receiving antenna, light-emitting diode which serves as an alarm light signalling facility, bridge rectifier whose output is connected through a low-pass filter to the input of a threshold unit with adjustable operation threshold, balancing circuit, balance-to-unbalance transformer, and a sound frequency generator. The light-emitting diode is introduced into the threshold unit as a passive switching element. The balancing circuit input is connected to the output of the dipole receiving antenna which serves as a body and screen of the device. The balancing circuit output is connected to the input of the balance-to-unbalance transformer whose output is connected to the bridge rectifier input, and the input of the sound frequency generator is connected to the threshold unit output.
