SUBSTANCE: chord coder is matrix of coding cells where each line has n cells series = connected through data outputs (n is number of encoding signals). Each cell 1 has key element 9, rectifying elements 10,11, and controlled key element 12. Two-unit signal applied to data input of coder makes cells 1 initiated by it yield values stored in key elements 9 through outputs 2 and 3.
