FIELD: radioelectronics. SUBSTANCE: radioelectron unit has heat-loaded printed circuits provided with radio elements, which are fixed to carrier frames. The frames are tied rigidly together to provide thermal contact of heat-releasing elements with surface of heat-removing units. Any heat-releasing unit is made in form of heat-conducting plates and elastic bags made of multilayer plastics and filled with liquid cooling agent. Top and lower surfaces of the frames form ribbed heat-removing surfaces. Printed circuits are made of electro-insulating material, which has high heat conductivity. Shock-absorbing supports are disposed onto top and lower parts of the unit. EFFECT: improved immunity to action of electromagnetic noises. 5 cl, 4 dwg
